An Invitation to The ISBC Pan Asian Congress
November 27th to 29th, 2013

You are cordially invited to join The ISBC Pan Asian Congress held at Hotel Grand Hyatt, Macao. The organizer of this Congress, the Small & Medium Enterprises Association of Macao (SME-Macao), is an affiliate of The International Small Business Congress (ISBC) since 2010 and its Chairman, Mr. Stanley Au, is also a member of the Steering Committee of the said ISBC. The ISBC holds a big Congress once every two years in a different country. Last year, the big Congress was held in Johannesburg, South Africa, with an attendance of over 1,000 people in conjunction with an exhibition. In an alternate year, the ISBC holds a small Congress, while this time it is organized by the SME-Macao.

Incidentally, this year is also the 15th Anniversary of The Small & Medium Enterprises Association of Macao. Therefore, there will be a joint Welcome Dinner for the ISBC Congress and a Banquet for the15th Anniversary of the SME-Macao to be held on November 27th in the evening. Following this, the ISBC Congress will take place from November 28th to 29th. This will be a grand event officiated by His Excellency, Dr. Fernando Chui, the Chief Executive of the Macao S.A.R. Government, and to be attended by such dignitaries as Deputy Ministers from different Asian countries, Consul Generals from many developed countries, business leaders and famous scholars. This will be an ideal platform for exchanging ideas and sharing visions.

ISBC is a non-government organization initiated by the U. S. Small Business Administration in 1974 and now having over 60 Small & Medium Business Bureaus, Agencies, and Associations joining it as members. ISBC is now a very power international platform for government officials, business leaders and distinguished scholars from all over the five continents of the globe to exchange ideas and formulate policies to help the development and well being of the small and medium enterprises all over the world. We, at the SME-Macao, are fortunate to have this unique opportunity to organize the said Congress in Macao this time.
