During 4-10 November 2018, the Macao SME Association sent a delegation to the Tsinghua University in Beijing to catch a glimpse of national development, including but not limited to the areas of promoting small and medium enterprises, delivering public services, improving sustainable livelihood. Mr Au Chong-kit Stanley, the delegation leader and the President of the Macao SME Association, described the study tour as very fruitful and rewarding in enabling members to gain a better understanding of national development, innovative management and challenges and opportunities, through the intensive and comprehensive curriculum. The delegation has also taken the opportunity to pay visits to the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office (HKMAO) of the State Council, China’s Ministry of Commerce, Beijing Municipal Government. We would like to take this opportunity to thank these government authorities for for the very warm reception which they extended.
